Gaylynne has lost 28 pounds and 20.75 inches, to date, and improved her body fat% by 14%. Joe has lost 6 pounds, to date, and 11 inches, and lowered his body fat percentage by 10%. Combined they have lost 54 pounds, 31.75 inches, and improved their body fat percentage by 24%. That is incredible!
Joe and Gaylynne love all members of the staff because they are truly committed to their client’s success from the front desk to the coaches and trainers, alike. They both have so much energy now!
