Success Story: Sean Mathews and Brice Armistead

In 2015, Sean improved his pitching velocity from 82 mph to 90 mph. He also increased his muscle mass significantly by gaining 20 pounds of muscle with hard work and dedication.
Sean defines his success by improving his pitching consistency longer into an outing when pitching at higher velocities. He has now become a starting pitcher for Concordia University after his first summer with us, while also maintaining a 1.6 ERA on the mound. CONGRATS!

Brice improved his pitching velocity from 83 mph to 89 mph. He also ran much faster in the 60-yard dash going from 7.0s to 6.64s and had more explosion and power overall!
Brice defines his success by having increased muscular endurance. It has allowed him to have more consistency in his pitching velocity. His hard work has allowed him to keep his starting position as a pitcher for Seven Lakes High School.
